I had the most incredible 10-night stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the staff were incredibly helpful. The highlight for me was the swimming pool, which had a designated safety area for kids and was spacious enough for adults to enjoy as well. This place is perfect for families. Another great aspect of this hotel is its location, with plenty of attractions nearby to explore. It truly was a pleasure to be a guest at this venue.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The pool and the sports facilities were OK. Good value for money.
Our room was a bit dark. No dedicated outdoor space for each apartment. No TV.

No outdoor space to sit and relax in after 19.30 when the pool area closed.

The complex is well tought and confortable. The new wing will be even better.
Nothing to do with the Residence, but the location is fairly remote if you wish to explore areas of Tuscany that are further away - it is all hills with many many curves, making journeys by car (the only way!) much longer than expected.

The hotel had a great pool, perfect for both kids and adults, with a safety area for children. The atmosphere was really nice and the personnel was helpful.
Communication could be a bit challenging as the staff didn't speak English fluently. The location was quite remote and far from the nearest town, making it necessary to drive everywhere.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings, well-equipped apartment with stunning views. Ideal location to explore hilltop towns and beautiful scenic drives. Enjoyed the peace of the rural setting.
The apartment was a bit cold and chilly during the winter months. There was limited food and drink options available on site.
